3. The steel wire is wound very evenly on the rubber hose, avoiding issues like jumping or back strands. This is achieved with a wire straightener made up of a splitter and die, and the spindle’s constant pay-off ensures a smooth and even winding.
4. PLC automatic control, where the winding machine’s speed is synchronized with the tractor, ensuring stable winding motion.
5. User-friendly interface, allowing operators to set and modify winding parameters for each layer easily.
